Returns and Claims Policy

We take product quality and customer satisfaction seriously. If you receive a product that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, you may submit a claim within 4 weeks of receiving your order. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

All claims found to be due to an error on our part will be resolved at our expense. Please ensure that photo evidence is included when applicable, to help us resolve your issue quickly.

Returns and Return Address

All returns are directed by default to our fulfillment facility. When a returned package is received, an automated email notification will be sent to you. If a return is unclaimed for more than 4 weeks, it may be donated to charity or disposed of, depending on the item’s condition.

If you choose to set a different return address, you accept full responsibility for any returned shipments and related handling costs.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If the address provided at checkout is deemed insufficient or incorrect by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. In such cases, reshipment will only be processed once you provide an updated and accurate address, and you will be responsible for the reshipping cost.
